How to Become a Real Estate Investor

If you want to become a Real Estate Investor, you have two choices; either you go big and make a ton of money, or you don’t.  It doesn’t get any simpler than that. To go big as a Real Estate Investor, you need to think as a business person. Meaning, you need a business and need to start thinking of it as a Business. 

The most important thing you should be asking yourself is what makes the Donald Trumps, Robert Kioysakis, and Ken McElroys in this world extremely rich?  The answer is they have built successful Businesses with multiple revenue streams!  They have businesses within their businesses (most cases in the form of different Corporations) that get their revenue from multiple streams. 

Let me give you an example.  If you haven’t read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, by Robert Kioysaki click on the Amazon.com link on the left and buy it.  It will change your life. Robert Kioysaki is a Real Estate Investor.  Did you know he also generates revenue by being a Best Selling Author, Financially Educating people like you, investing in different joint ventures, and providing financing for Investors too?  From those alone, I count 4 different Revenue Streams! 

Each of these endeavors allows him to further his passion for Real Estate Investing because they all generate CASH FLOW! When we decided to get into Real Estate Investing and started Advantage Investment Corporation, we decided to copy what Robert Kioysaki, Donald Trump and Ken McElroy are doing.  Why reinvent the wheel? 

How do you copy what the big guys are doing? Easy, you take the same principles but apply them on a smaller scale.  To get involved in Joint Ventures, Private Financing and creating multiple businesses is a daunting and intimidating prospect for many and if getting into Real Estate Investing takes you slightly out of your comfort zone, then Joint Ventures and Private Financing will most likely scare the socks off you!
